Coriander Prawns (Udang Ketumbar)

Ingredients:-
- 500 gms. medium size prawns
- 1 tbsp. Maggi Ikan Bilis powder/cube
- 1 tbsp. belacan
- 4 cloves garlic - pounded
- 2 shallots - pounded
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tbsp. rice flour
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Some butter
- Chopped red pepper for garnishing
Method:-
- Slice the prawns lengthwise. Combine the ikan bilis powder, belacan, garlic, shallots, coriander, egg whites, rice flour, black pepper and salt.
- Add in the prawns and mix well.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Fry the prawns for about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped red pepper and ready to serve.
